Hardening and cyber services
Solutions for secure on-prem network, power and disaster failover; hyperlocal should still mean highly available!
- NSA-grade and better wireless, network hardening services.
- Implementation and maintenance of on-prem email, private and custom search engines, efficient on-prem hosting, and firewalling infrastructure.
We provide complimentary and ongoing training on GPG, secure email, stateful and declarative IaC practices; we are glad to guide your enterprise or small business into the wonderful world of digital ownership.
Billing
We bill by project sprint + net 60 maintenance costs, billed monthly. Over the course of a year, a medium-sized business (5-10 people) will pay significantly less than cobbling together discrete subscriptions, disjoint consultants, and for the time and stress lost gluing services together. Paying for what you want, then owning it forever, ready to modify, rebuild, update and change freely, is, at its core, free.
FAQ
- What happens when the power goes out or my internet goes down?
- Nothing! We maintain a failover, highly available network of servers throughout the world. Generally speaking, hosting and actual traffic costs are effectively the cost of electricity (pennies on the dollar).
- How much does bespoke on-prem infrastructure and web services cost?
- Less than you think.
Own your stuff
How much do you pay for email, web services, billing, networking, scheduling, calendaring? How much would you lose if any of these services failed? Own your stuff: your website, your email infrastructure, your digital stack. Your digital assets and tools should be yours, and should be maintainable by real, local, trustworthy people forever.
Maine
We offer turnkey, local, secure infrastructure solutions right here in Maine.
Vendor transition
We can help you transition from black box / proprietary software / hardware vendors (Cisco, Accruent, Ellucian, ESRI, Microsoft, Quicken, etc.) to bespoke systems of your own.
Bespoke web
We flip the web dev status quo on its head. We build websites from base principles, from scratch, by hand, in code. You pay for nothing else.
Why pay for an "expert website designer" to just resell you on reliance to an off-the-shelf, subscription-based turnkey solution?
You need more than a website. We do web, transactional mail, CRM and ERPs and engineering dashboards too!
